Although the ThreeBrainSynergy online e-learning and accompanying online coaching program is complete and exhaustive, after having gone through it you may find it useful to revisit certain aspects of it during the Tutorials offered in our members section along with our Teleconferences. Each month there are two scheduled telephone conference calls or webinars to discuss how to apply the ThreeBrainSynergy system of leadership and teamwork in your organization. One call will focus on the basics of the types of people approach to leadership and teamwork so that as new members join the program they can easily integrate the new approach in their organization and have the opportunity to ask questions and get answers.
The second call will deal with a more specific topic from one of our tuturials and will allow for discussion and exhange between founders Fritz Glaus and Stephen Goldberg and other members. This will foster mututal exhange on the types of people and allow members to learn from each others' experiences in applying this new approach in their respective organizations.
One-on-one personalized coaching has grown in popularity over the last few years because it has proven to provide a fantastic return on investment. You will have access to a 30-40 minute one-on-one coaching session each month with one of our certified coaches to address a specific concern or question related to your situation and to the application of the ThreeBrainSynergy system. There is an online calendar in the members section where you can book you one-on-one coaching session each month on the designated days on the calendar.
Joining ThreBrainSynergy as a team gives you the to have monthly group coaching sessions. This is highly recommended as it permits your managment team to go through the process all together and maximize both your investment and time. Experiencing the ThreeBrainSynergy system together enables you to put what you learn into rapid and effective action and experience the benefits of a high perforomance team much faster.
The group coaching for the management or any other team provides an additional resource to treat your specific situation, concerns and obstacles in your path towards synergistic team performance. These one 60-90 minute monthly sessions are for your team alone and are not combined with any other group or organization and are in addition to the one-on-one coaching sessions.
This option provides on the spot coaching to questions or concerns that come up in the course of a day or week. We will answer your questions by email within 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays) and provide useable information to help you progress towards your goals. We reserve the right to limit the number of emails from any one person to what we consider reasonable in order to be able to provide all members with satisfactory services.g
A great way to learn is by exchanging with other members through the members forum. Many people going through this process will face similar challenges and different perpsectives can be very beneficial as a learning tool for all members. We will post questions to the forum in order to generate discssions whenever we see greater interaction would be beneficial.
Each week we will send a newsletter featuring articles related to applying the ThreeBrainSynergy system and invite members to share their stories for both inspiration and mutual learning.
We learn from stories as they are easy to relate to because some aspect either in whole or in part may apply to our ourselves or our organisation. We will work with the members to post specific stories that can be used as a tuturial and to discuss on a conference call or in the members forum. There is a video posted now on the site that shows our commitment to gathering stories as sharing them through whatver format is workable.
The win-win agreement process is a powerfull tool to ensure ongoing committment to the ThreBrainSynergy system in your orgnanization and an excellent driver to instill a continuous improvement mindset with all team members.There is a complete tutorial on this process along with donwloadable form and there will be specific conference calls and webinars to cover this topic in depth.
The way it works is having performance agreements in writing that are linked to leaderhsip and teamwork behaviours that are part of the ThreeBrainSynergy philosophy. As the business owner or CEO, you will be guided in setting a win-win agreement with your direct reports to have them committed in writing to their responsibilities in leading their team by developing teamwork using the ThreeBrainSynergy system of types of people. You will also commit to specific support committments that you agree on with the same direct reports.
Once these committments are in place you will be shown how to consuct regular coaching sessions to review each others' performance on their respective committments an this will be appraised using our simple review method. The main idea here is to engage in mutual exchange that fosters continuous work on the soft skills of leadership and teamwork but with an eye on how it impacts key departmental goals and results.
An additional element is the empowerment initiative that is included in the win-win agreement process. This allows you to continuously delegate specifc responsibilities to your direct report and ensures that they are also doing the same in their team. Doing htis over time will allow you to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization and pretty soon allow you the freedom to work less while still earning more. through the process you will also learn to that true success in gaining your freedome will come through you becoming a highly succesfull delegator and coach.
A mastermind group is simply a group of members who team up to get to know each other more intimitaly through group conference calls and individual exchanges. The goal is to support each other during the application of the ThreeBrainSynergy system and help hold each other accountable for results. It provides challenge but mutual support at the same time and helps drive the mindset of successful thinking that is key to managing onself and working towards personal balance.
You may decide that you would like to supplement the online experience with on-site training and coaching workshops. This is possible directly from ThreeBrainSynergy or through one of our affiliate coaches.
