Threebrainsynergy.com (TBS) was founded by Fritz Glaus and Stephen Goldberg . Collectively, they have been in the training and development and coaching business for over 45 years. They share a similar passion for personal and business development and believe that organizations can gain greater success and earn higher profits by promoting people and team development and a participative style of leadership. They recognize that this is not easily done and takes great commitment and persistence on the part of the top management. With this understanding in mind and with a desire to reach the right type of business leader, they have joined together to launch TBS and offer a development process that provides all the ingredients needed to succeed.

Fritz GlausFritz Glaus is a seasoned professional trainer who has raised the effectiveness of leadership training, team training, and sales training to new levels by interweaving with the contents of each training program a self-knowledge methodology based on six basic types of people. Unlike the psychometric approach, this system does not generate a theoretical report about each person but has participants work as a group to discover themselves as well as each other, which creates strong team spirit and cooperation. It is a simple and personally meaningful self-learning methodology that produces unprecedented results.

Participants grow their self-esteem, develop open-mindedness and tolerance, and improve their communication skills. They greatly enhance their ability to assimilate the subject matter of each training program and put to immediate practical use the principles and techniques they pick up, and they learn to discover opportunities for improvement and problem solving.

Fritz is the author of the book CRazYZoo! “KNOW  THYSELF” made easy, an action filled fable which illustrates the six basic types methodology. The reader gets involved by making a choice about himself  before the start of the story and another one as he progresses through it. He discovers himself by taking on the role of one of the animals in the story. It is a simple yet highly effective method of learning about oneself and about others.

After developing the ''KNOW THYSELF'' typology approach, Fritz also carried out research on how all types make unbalanced use of their three intelligences, and he found that his conclusions were confirmed by neuroscience. This allowed him to create the ThreeBrainSynergy e-learning method. This method is so powerful that it needs to be experienced to be fully appreciated. Stephen GoldbergStephen Goldberg is the founder/owner of Optimus Performance, a firm specializing in leadership and team development with the goal of creating high performance organizations. The Optimus team works in all types of organizations and industries, and believes that people in organizations are the real experts in their respective fields and that by providing the tools to enhance knowledge of self and others, people will solve their own problems and make regular improvements in their work and the organization. This is what then leads to a more successful organization and success then becomes evident in the attitudes and behavior of people as well as in the financial performance.

Stephen started in the training and coaching field kind of by accident back in 1994. As an entrepreneur in the automotive parts aftermarket he had hired a leadership coach because he was facing challenges in managing and motivating people. Through this process he realized that he needed to change and grow in his own self-perception and approach to people and this discovery fueled a long-time passion for self-development.

Stephen’s strengths are linked to his dominant and secondary types meaning that he is goal and action motivated, while his interest in people and relationships drives a passion for working with others in personal and business development. Stephen’s strong creative side along with his abilities to quickly understand complex situations makes him a highly effective problem solver and enables him to ask the right questions to his clients so they can discover their own solutions.

When not working, you can find Stephen with his eye looking through the viewfinder of one of his Nikon digital cameras or his Sony HD camcorder. He thus enjoys integrating his own creative work into the multi-media content that is being produced for the TBS website. Stephen also volunteers his time to helping others learn about self-fulfillment and inner peace.
